§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

- These Regulations define the conditions under which you can book and rent houses and apartments. By making a reservation, you accept the provisions of these Regulations.
§2. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT.

- All reservations require a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The down payment should be paid to the Owner’s bank account, ie: 98 1750 0009 0000 0000 3723 7116 within 7 days from the date of booking (the date on which the funds are credited to the Owner’s account). If the deposit is not paid, the reservation will be canceled.
- By making a reservation, the Lessor agrees to the processing of personal data only for the purpose of making the reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data.
- The person making the reservation has the right to access and update their personal data.
- The remaining amount (if not fully paid in advance) must be paid in cash or by card on arrival when collecting the keys.
- The guest is obliged to pay the entire remaining amount on the day of arrival, even if the arrival is delayed or the stay is shortened for reasons beyond the control of the Owner.
- In the event of a change in the booking date or complete resignation from the stay for reasons beyond the Owner’s control, the down payment is not refundable.
- The guest may ask for an invoice to be issued to the company, but must be informed about this at the time of booking.
§3. SUMMER HOUSES CHECK OUT PROCEDURE.

- The house or apartment is rented for hotel days. Check-in starts at. 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
- The guest is obliged to inform the Owner or the person responsible for handing over the keys at least one day before arrival, if the time of arrival is different than in point 1 above (4:00 p.m.)
- If it is not possible to reach the previously agreed time, the Lessee is obliged to immediately notify the person responsible for handing over the keys by phone.
- Check-in and check-out takes place at the reception of the facility.
- Apart from people registered in the houses or the apartment, no other people (external guests – visitors) may stay. In the event of a breach of the above prohibition, the Guest will be charged with the costs of stay of third parties.
- The price for renting houses and apartments does not include insurance. The services are used by the Lessor at their own risk. The Guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage to houses or apartments and the destruction of equipment caused by reasons attributable to the Guest or persons staying there.
- The guest, upon arrival, but before moving in, is obliged to pick up the house or apartment, i.e. check the furniture, windows, shower cubicle and other devices in the house or apartment. A positive receipt is confirmed by the Lessor with his own signature under the regulations.
- Comments on damage, destruction should be reported immediately to the Owner.
- The owner allows the possibility of stating damage to the so-called hidden, but only in invisible parts (such as damaged bed, damaged wardrobe door, etc.).
- No comments from the Guest about such damage within 4 hours after receiving the keys means that the Guest has no objections to the entire premises, and all appliances and furniture are in the quantity consistent with the list of equipment and in good condition.
- The guest is financially responsible for any damage caused to the house or apartment during his stay and agrees that all repairs of damage, filling gaps in equipment or removing defects are made at his expense.
§4. USING THE SUMMER HOUSE DURING THE STAY.
- For the sake of a good rest in houses and apartments, there is a curfew between 22:00 and 6:00. If the owner needs to call the Municipal Police, the Police or the behavior of guests that directly affects the safety of other people in the houses, the owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract (termination of stay) without reimbursement for the unused time
- Smoking and other tobacco products are strictly forbidden in the houses and apartments. In the event of breach of the above prohibition, the Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract (termination of stay) without reimbursement for the unused time.
- Car parking is possible only in a specially designated place or another place indicated by the Owner.
- In the event that the Guest violates the provisions of these regulations and the provisions of generally applicable law, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the contract and is then not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay.
- Due to the fire protection requirements, it is not allowed to use any instruments or apparatus powered by electricity or gas, which are not the equipment of these rooms and which may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, heaters, gas burners, in the house and in the apartment. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the house or apartment. The houses are electrically heated, so it is also forbidden to dry clothes, towels, etc. on the radiators.
- The Guest has no right to make any repairs or make any outlays or changes to the house or apartment without the prior written consent of the Owner. The Guest is obliged to immediately inform the Owner of the facility about the need to make repairs or expenses.
- The guest is obliged to maintain and return the house or apartment as it is, which includes, in particular, leaving washed dishes and kitchen utensils and taking the rubbish to the containers behind the bicycle shelter.hen equipment before leaving. Failure to comply with the above obligation results in the payment of compensation in the form of a deposit left for the final cleaning of Summer House.
- The agreement concluded between the owner of houses and apartments and the guest does not include travel, meals and organization of the time of stay.
- The owner is not responsible for the temporary inconvenience of independent suppliers, caused e.g. by a temporary lack of water or electricity.
- We accept pets provided that this fact is reported in advance when booking and provided that they will not threaten or disturb people living nearby. Any damage caused by animals is borne by the Guest.
- The law applicable to disputes between the Owner and Guests is Polish law. Any disputes will be settled amicably, and in the event of a misunderstanding, the competent court will be the court competent for the seat of the Owner.
- In the event of violation of the provisions of the regulations, the Owner may refuse to provide further services to the person who violates them. Shortening the Guest’s stay for reasons attributable to him does not oblige the Owner to reimburse the costs of unused nights.
