Terms and Conditions for Voucher Redemption

  • The voucher can be used for any services.
  • If you need assistance, contact us at: rezerwacje@resortm2.pl or call 733 701 330.
  • To redeem the voucher, please send it via email in advance.
  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, if not used, it will expire.
  • Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the value of the order exceeds the voucher amount, the difference can be settled on-site at the property.
  • If you cancel a reservation made with a voucher before arrival, you can use the voucher for the purchased services at another date.
