Terms and Conditions for Voucher Redemption

The voucher can be used for any services.

To redeem the voucher, please send it via email in advance.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, if not used, it will expire.
Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the value of the order exceeds the voucher amount, the difference can be settled on-site at the property.
If you cancel a reservation made with a voucher before arrival, you can use the voucher for the purchased services at another date.
