This is an exceptional feast featuring goose as the main star – a symbol of autumn, tradition, and the richness of Polish flavors. Each dish will be an interpretation of this noble ingredient in a modern, creative style, and the dessert will surprise you with its finesse of flavor and a subtle note of an autumn walk – full of forest aromas, fruits, and golden leaves.
The dinner will be accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing, presented by Sommelier Elwira Pikuła, who will guide Guests through the world of wine aromas and bouquets perfectly matching successive menu courses.
